Stron Smart STS single phase keypad electricity meter
With IP54 waterproof protection grade, it can be installed on the poles far away from users indoors or even outdoors. The plug-in programming of ste18-a supports remote connection and disconnection. When there is no credit left, the meter will be turned off immediately. After charging through the corresponding 20 bit token, press enter and the meter will be turned on. If you use the real-time clock chip and battery, the meter can also display your local time, the battery life is generally about 8 years, easy to replace. Utilities or power companies can set time of use tariff according to their needs, for example, charging us $1 per kilowatt hour and US $2 in addition within a time interval, which helps utilities and power companies to manage and control electricity meters and consumption reasonably and profitably.
Our preferred way of communication is to use Lora RF and stron data concentrator, which can collect Lora RF signals within a distance of about 1km, with a maximum of 300 watt hour meters, and send the data to the main server through GPRS. In this way, a local SIM card is needed, and the daily data consumption is less than 1MB, so there is almost no need to worry.
