Available in DN15, DN20, and DN25 sizes, it ensures accurate measurement across flow rates (Q1-Q4) with a permissible error of only 2% (Q2≤Q< Q4) and 5% (Q1≤Q≤Q2), delivering trustworthy data for billing and resource management.
Robust & Durable Design: Built with wear-resistant, high-strength flame-retardant ABS thick-walled housing and a precision brass primary body, paired with corrosion-resistant brass threaded joints for leak-free performance. Boasting an IP68 protection rating, it is fully waterproof, rainproof, and humidity-resistant—suitable for harsh outdoor or underground installation environments.
Intelligent Prepaid Functionality: Supports STS token-based recharge (20-digit token) with three flexible top-up methods: on-site recharge at service points, mobile top-up via third-party platforms (M-PESA, Alipay, MTN, Airtel, etc.) through API integration, and door-to-door service via mobile vending units. A recharge limitation feature prevents overstocking by rejecting requests when the total balance exceeds the preset limit.
Comprehensive Safety & Alerts: Equipped with magnetic tamper detection—automatically closing the valve upon interference, with service restoration only via a tamper-clearing token. Additional alerts include low credit warnings (configurable via token), low battery reminders (auto-locking the valve with data backup if unresolved), and real-time status notifications via the CIU’s buzzer and LED indicators.
Flexible Tariff & Emergency Support: Supports up to 3 configurable tiered (progressive) tariffs for demand-based pricing, plus an emergency overdraft function that allows essential water use when the balance is depleted—with flexible daily or monthly repayment options.
Data Logging & Traceability: Features a high-precision real-time clock and an event log that records tamper alarms, valve operations, and up to a decade of hourly/monthly consumption data. Users can query balances and usage trends in real time via short codes, ensuring full transparency for both utilities and end-users
