Q: Do I need to run new wires to install this?
A: No! Use the "Single Live Wire" method. Just replace your existing switch and install the yellow capacitor (included) near your lamp. Simple and mess-free.
Q: Is the backlight annoying at night?
A: Not at all. You can turn the backlight ON/OFF in the App settings. Keep it on to find the switch in the dark, or off for total darkness while sleeping.
Q: Can I control it if I'm not home?
A: Yes, as long as your home WiFi is on, you can control the lights from anywhere in the world using the Smart Life App.
Q: Does it work with LED lights?
A: Yes, it works with LEDs, CFLs, and Incandescent bulbs. The capacitor ensures your LEDs won't flicker even without a neutral wire.
Q: How do I set a timer?
A: Open the App, select the switch, and choose "Timer." You can set it to turn on at sunset (18:00) and off at bedtime (23:00) automatically.
