The Lucca House takes a different approach to villa design. Its H-shaped floor plan creates distinct zones while keeping the home connected. The dimensions are 18 by 8.5 meters, with a total floor area of around 425 square meters across two levels.

What the H-Shape Does The layout separates the main living areas into two volumes linked by a central corridor. This gives the house a sense of depth and allows light to reach more interior spaces. It also creates natural outdoor areas within the structure. The front of the house has several terraces near the entrance, giving you places to sit outside without leaving the property.

Materials and Appearance The exterior is finished in light grey, which gives the house a neutral and understated look. Vertical timber louvers in a wood grain finish are placed on parts of the facade. They add texture and some visual contrast without drawing too much attention. These louvers also filter sunlight during certain times of the day.

How the Spaces Are Arranged On the ground floor, the layout is straightforward. One side holds a larger bedroom. On the opposite side, you have the living room and kitchen.
