The function and principle of the brass gate valve are as follows:
Function:
Low flow resistance: The internal medium channel the valve body is straight, and the medium flows in a straight line, resulting in low flow resistance.
Relatively energy-saving during opening and closing: Compared with the valve, this is because whether opening or closing, the gate plate moves perpendicular to the direction of medium flow.
Good sealing performance: The sealing surface of the brass gate valve been specially treated and has good sealing performance, which can ensure a useful barrier for the medium in the pipeline and reduce the risk of leakage.
Low pressure drop: Thanks its reasonable flow passage design, the medium experiences a small pressure drop when passing through, which helps to reduce the energy consumption of the pipeline system and improve the overall operational efficiency.

Principle:
The opening and closing member of the brass gate valve is the gate plate, which moves perpendicular to the direction of the fluid.
The gate valve only be fully opened or fully closed, and cannot be used for regulation and throttling.
