4. Action principle
YT-1000L TYPE
When the set-point signal input, the torque motor (1) generate a electro-magnetic field, the baffle (2) received and leave away from the nozzle(3). The air in the pilot valve (4) will be eliminated, and push the valve core (8), Air intake to the actuator (11) through the base (7). With pressure increase, the push rod (12) go down, the feedback stem (13) pull the spring (16). Until the force between the spring (16)and the torque motor (1) keeps balance, the baffle (2) go back. Then the valve core (8) gag the base (7)again, finally the positioner keep stable.
