High-Strength Carbon Fiber Sheets: Corrosion-Resistant, Insulating, and Dimensionally Stable

 

Our factory independently researches and manufactures carbon fiber composite sheets. These sheets are made by combining carbon fiber fabric with epoxy resin and are molded into a single piece through high-temperature, high-pressure curing. They can replace steel, aluminum alloys, and ordinary plastics, and are suitable for the production of lightweight components across various industries, including drones, automated equipment, medical devices, automotive modifications, and sports equipment. We maintain a stock of standard sizes—400×500 mm and 500×600 mm—with thicknesses ranging from 0.5 to 10 mm.

 

 

I. Core Material Advantages

 

1. Lightweight and High-Strength: Reduces Weight and Enhances Efficiency. With a density of only 1.55–1.60 g/cm³, the material weighs just one-fifth that of steel and two-thirds that of aluminum alloy, while its tensile strength far exceeds that of conventional metals. When used as equipment base plates or load-bearing components, it significantly reduces the overall load while ensuring structural load-bearing strength, thereby improving equipment operational efficiency.

 

2. Dimensional Stability, Temperature Resistance, and Fatigue Resistance: With a coefficient of thermal expansion approaching zero, it is resistant to warping and deformation in environments with alternating high and low temperatures; its excellent modulus of elasticity prevents bending and cracking under long-term, repeated stress, ensuring structural stability even under high-frequency usage conditions.

 

3. Corrosion-Resistant and Insulating, Suitable for Complex Operating Conditions: Resistant to acids and alkalis, moisture-proof, and rust-proof; non-magnetic with excellent insulating properties. It can be used continuously in humid, corrosive, and electromagnetic interference environments, avoiding defects such as metal rust and electrical conductivity, as well as plastic aging and damage.

 

4. Wide Range of Styles, Flexible Customization and Delivery Available in a variety of surface finishes, including glossy, matte, and 3K twill, the panels feature bubble-free, delamination-free surfaces and resist chipping during processing. Standard sizes are available from stock for immediate shipment.
