Handling and Usage Guidelines
Soldering Conditions
Number of reflow processes should not exceed 2 times. Cooling to normal temperature is required between first and second soldering processes.
Static Electricity Protection
Use wrist bands or anti-static gloves when handling LEDs. All equipment must be properly grounded. Damaged LEDs may show unusual characteristics such as lower forward voltage or failure to light at low current (VF > 2.0V at IF=0.5mA).
Storage
Before opening package: Store at ≤30°C and ≤70% relative humidity. Use within one year of manufacture.
