Working Principle & Operation Process

After metal ingots finish casting and cooling, finished ingots are transported to the working station of palletizing machine by conveying mechanism. Positioning sensor detects the arrival of metal ingots. The mechanical executing structure grabs and places metal ingots according to preset stacking rules. Ingots are arranged layer by layer on standard pallets. When one pallet reaches the set stacking quantity, the machine sends out completion signal. Empty pallet is sent in automatically for next round of stacking operation.

The whole running process follows fixed program logic. Operators only need to set stacking quantity, layer quantity and ingot size parameters on the control cabinet. The equipment completes grabbing, positioning, stacking and pallet switching automatically. Manual intervention is only required for pallet replacement and routine inspection. Stable mechanical transmission ensures accurate placement of each metal ingot, effectively avoid tilting and falling of stacked ingots.
