Working Principle
Pretreated waste lead materials are fed into the furnace cavity where gas burners provide continuous high-temperature heat. The furnace body maintains slow rotary motion during smelting, ensuring even heating and complete reduction reactions.
Valuable lead components convert to molten lead while impurities combine with flux to form low-density slag. After density-based separation, hydraulic tilting sequentially discharges slag and then molten lead for ingot casting, completing the recycling workflow.
