Key Process Components
Lead Holding Furnace
Designed with reliable constant temperature and heat preservation functions, the equipment stably maintains molten lead in a uniform and smooth liquid state throughout the production process. It effectively avoids local solidification, temperature deviation and impurity precipitation caused by thermal fluctuations, providing consistent, high-purity and qualified lead liquid for subsequent continuous casting and forming procedures.
Casting Roller Assembly

Cooling & Forming Process
When high-temperature molten lead flows into the casting roller gap, the closed circulating water cooling system quickly dissipates internal heat via circulating water channels. This rapid cooling process optimizes the internal metallographic structure of lead plates, enhances metal compactness, and thoroughly eliminates internal pores and trachoma defects, delivering high-quality, dense and flawless finished lead products.
Automated Finishing & Control
After preliminary forming, continuous lead sheets are automatically and stably conveyed to the precision edge trimming station through the matched conveying mechanism. The high-precision automatic trimming mechanism accurately cuts and removes irregular burrs, uneven margins and excess edge materials on both sides of the lead sheets, effectively calibrating the overall dimensional tolerance, surface flatness and edge straightness. This strict trimming treatment ensures that all finished lead sheets fully meet the unified dimensional specifications and high-precision requirements of subsequent electrolytic production procedures. The entire edge trimming process runs continuously and automatically with stable operation, requiring no manual intervention, which greatly improves processing consistency and production efficiency while reducing manual errors.
