This molten lead agitator is specially designed for lead smelting production, used for stirring high‑temperature molten lead inside lead pots. It consists of explosion‑proof motor, speed reducer, mounting flange, long anti‑high‑temperature stirring shaft and mixing impeller.
Tailored for the harsh high‑temperature and corrosive working environment of lead smelting workshops, this equipment delivers uniform mixing of molten lead to promote even component distribution and accelerate slag‑metal separation. Its extended stirring shaft and special impeller structure can go deep into the molten lead liquid, avoiding local temperature difference and material stratification. The explosion‑proof motor matches the safety requirements of lead smelting sites, while the speed reducer provides stable torque output. The mounting flange enables fast installation and fixing above lead pots. Operators can adjust stirring speed to fit different smelting stages, improving smelting quality and overall production efficiency.
The stirring shaft and blades adopt special high‑temperature resistant alloy material. The special alloy construction withstands long‑term erosion of high‑temperature liquid lead without deformation or corrosion, effectively extending component service life and reducing spare‑part replacement frequency.
The impeller rotates steadily to make molten lead fully mixed. Stable rotational performance eliminates temperature stratification and material segregation inside the lead pot, achieving thorough mixing of molten lead.
