The stove shell is fabricated from high‑quality Q235 carbon steel with a wall thickness ranging from 8 mm to 14 mm. Strict surface pretreatment is carried out before painting to ensure long‑term anti‑corrosion performance under harsh industrial workshop environments.
Complete shot‑blasting and grinding treatment removes surface rust spots, oxide scales and residual impurities. It creates a clean base surface and strengthens paint adhesion to avoid paint peeling and blistering in long‑term service.
Specially selected W61 silver‑gray silicone high‑temperature paint can withstand continuous radiant heat from furnace operation. It will not soften or discolor under long‑term ambient high‑temperature conditions around the equipment.
Adopting primer plus top‑coat multi‑layer spraying technology. The finished shell obtains good anti‑aging and anti‑oxidation capacity, and enhances outward heat radiation performance to keep reasonable outer‑shell surface temperature.
Robust steel plate structure and complete coating system resist vibration, dust and thermal radiation from the production site. The whole furnace shell maintains stable mechanical performance for continuous round‑the‑clock industrial operation.
The thermal‑insulation layer utilizes ceramic fiber modules firmly anchored onto the inner steel plate of the furnace shell with a thickness of 200 mm. Reliable anchoring structure prevents fiber module falling off caused by repeated heating and cooling cycles.
The 200 mm‑thick ceramic fiber insulation barrier blocks internal high‑heat transfer outwards, keeping furnace shell surface at a safe temperature and lowering ambient temperature of the workshop.
Low‑thermal‑conductivity ceramic fiber material greatly cuts heat dissipation. It shortens heating‑up time and reduces power consumption during temperature holding phase, realizing obvious energy‑saving effect.
The working layer is formulated with premium high‑alumina refractory aggregate and matched powder raw materials, providing inherent high‑temperature resistance as the foundation of the lining system.
Compound binding agents and multi‑functional additives are proportionally added into refractory castables. These ingredients optimize curing performance, high‑temperature strength and anti‑spalling capacity of the finished refractory layer.
Mechanical tamping construction achieves uniform and dense refractory layer without loose gaps. It gains high mechanical strength, strong thermal‑shock resistance and good erosion resistance against molten‑metal splash and high‑temperature flue gas scouring.
Combination of ceramic fiber insulating layer and high‑alumina tamped working layer perfectly copes with repeated heating‑cooling cycles in lead smelting and refining processes. The composite lining structure resists cracking and damage, significantly prolonging the service cycle of the whole furnace body.
