The vertical industrial liquid mixer is a top-entry agitator specially designed for metallurgical tank processing. It serves copper, zinc, lead, aluminium and other non-ferrous metal hydrometallurgical production lines. In leaching tanks, purification tanks, electrolyte preparation tanks and pulp storage tanks, this mixer maintains uniform liquid composition, stabilizes solid-liquid suspension and accelerates mass transfer reactions.
Different from general chemical agitators, our metallurgy-oriented vertical liquid mixer is optimized for harsh working conditions. It can continuously handle corrosive electrolyte, high-density mineral pulp and fluctuating temperature. The whole unit adopts vertical top mounting structure and can be directly installed on tank cover or tank flange without complicated base reconstruction.
The complete set of vertical industrial liquid mixer consists of drive assembly, speed reducer, sealing assembly, stirring shaft and impeller. All wet contacting parts can be customized according to medium corrosiveness.
The motor transmits torque to speed reducer, which reduces rotating speed and amplifies output torque. Power passes to long vertical stirring shaft, and the impeller fixed on shaft rotates inside tank liquid. Rotating impeller pushes liquid to form composite flow field including axial flow and radial flow.

Wetted parts can choose 316L stainless steel, rubber lining or anti-corrosion coating to resist long-term erosion from acidic and alkaline liquid, reducing component replacement frequency.
Optimized impeller hydraulic design produces strong downward axial flow to lift settled solid particles and avoid dead mixing zones.
Each stirring shaft completes dynamic balance test before shipment. Heavy-duty reducer uses high strength gear pair and lubrication system for smooth 24-hour operation.
Customize shaft length, impeller size, power grade and material solution according to tank volume, liquid depth, pulp concentration and medium corrosiveness.
Top-mounted structure allows inspection or replacement of sealing and impeller without emptying the whole tank liquid.
Installation: Fixed on tank top flange. Ensure flange levelness and vertical shaft alignment. Perform no-load test before liquid injection.
Operation: Check oil level and sealing condition before startup. Avoid starting with heavy sediment. Adjust speed gradually via frequency converter.
Maintenance: Check reducer oil every 3 months. Inspect mechanical seal periodically. Clean impeller surface sediment during tank overhaul.
