Raw industrial exhaust gas enters the equipment through an induced draft fan. The waste gas first passes through a pre-treatment filter section to remove dust, oil mist, and particulate impurities, preventing blockage of activated carbon micropores. The gas then enters the adsorption tank where organic pollutants are trapped by activated carbon, and clean gas is discharged through the outlet.

When activated carbon in one tank approaches saturation, the system automatically switches the gas path. The spare tank takes over adsorption work while the saturated tank enters desorption regeneration. Hot air or steam is introduced to separate organic substances from the activated carbon surface. The concentrated organic gas can be recycled or sent for combustion treatment. After cooling, the regenerated activated carbon is ready for reuse.
