High Efficiency XHP Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher for Mining & Aggregate

The XHP Series Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher is the third-generation high-efficiency crushing equipment independently developed by our company for high-hardness rock and ore working conditions. It is designed for secondary and tertiary crushing of medium and high-hardness materials, including river pebbles, granite, basalt, iron ore, non-ferrous metal ore and limestone.

Adopting multi-cylinder hydraulic and laminated crushing principles, the machine balances high throughput, high qualified product rate and low operating cost. It is widely applied in sand and aggregate production lines, mineral processing plants, metallurgical material pretreatment and pre-grinding supporting systems.

The crushing cavities cover Standard Type (STD), Medium Type (MED) and Short Head Type. Users can switch among coarse, medium and fine crushing modes simply by replacing mantle and concave liners, realizing multi-purpose application of one single machine.

Materials are squeezed and sheared inside the crushing chamber. Inter-particle crushing takes place among mineral grains instead of single-particle fracture. Compared with traditional spring cone crushers or single-cylinder cone crushers, laminated crushing delivers higher reduction ratio, lower flaky particle content and more uniform product size.

The XHP series adopts evenly arranged multi-hydraulic cylinders. Compared with single-cylinder models, it features stronger iron passing protection and faster reset response.

• Tramp Iron Protection: When non-crushable foreign objects enter the chamber, hydraulic cylinders retract automatically. The machine resets quickly after the foreign object is discharged without shutdown.
• Hydraulic CSS Adjustment: The closed side setting can be adjusted steplessly during operation to precisely control product particle size.
• Multi-point Safety Interlock: Alarms or automatic shutdown will be triggered once oil temperature, oil pressure or motor current exceeds limit values to protect key components.
• Automatic Cavity Clearing: The main cone can be lifted hydraulically to clear blockages rapidly during shutdown.

Multiple models are available to meet full-range capacity requirements from medium crushing to fine crushing. XHP300 is taken as the typical model below for reference.
