SMLSCO employs integrated Eddy Current and Ultrasonic Testing (ET/UT Combined Testing) for precision seamless pipes, utilizing automated equipment for comprehensive quality assessment. Ultrasonic Testing (UT) is primarily used to detect internal wall defects, while Eddy Current Testing (ET) focuses on identifying surface and near-surface anomalies.
By combining two non-destructive testing methods, we can more comprehensively verify the internal integrity, surface condition, and product reliability of the tubing. All test results and relevant records are archived to facilitate quality traceability, ensuring that delivered products meet the stringent requirements of precision industrial applications.
