Manufacturing Process Flow
Our seamless heat exchanger tubes start from solid round bars that have been strictly inspected. After being made into tube blanks through hot piercing and stretching processes, they are then cold rolled or cold drawn multiple times to achieve precise final dimensions and smooth surfaces. This series of rigorous processing procedures ensures the uniformity and excellent integrity of the tube structure, fundamentally eliminates potential defects that may be caused by welds, and provides a solid foundation for the safe operation of heat exchange equipment.

Bright Annealing & Polishing Process
To achieve optimal heat exchange efficiency, a clean surface is essential. Our tubes are first bright annealed to form scale-free inner and outer surfaces under a controlled atmosphere. Subsequently, they are polished to further reduce surface roughness. This dual process of "bright annealing + polishing" creates an extremely smooth heat transfer surface, which can effectively maximize heat transfer efficiency and resist dirt adhesion, thereby extending the operating cycle and service life of the heat exchanger.

Advantages of TP316L Material
TP316L is the preferred material for heat exchanger tubes used in corrosive environments. The molybdenum element it contains provides the tube with strong resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion when dealing with chloride-containing cooling water or process fluids. In addition, it can still maintain good mechanical strength and anti-oxidation scaling performance at high temperatures commonly found in heat exchange conditions, ensuring the long-term structural integrity of the tube and stable heat exchange performance.

Quality Control & NDT
The integrity of each heat exchanger tube is of vital importance. We implement a strict quality control system, including precise dimensional tolerance inspection and surface quality inspection. To ensure that the tube is 100% leak-free and has no hidden defects, each tube must pass non-destructive testing (NDT) before leaving the factory, usually using eddy current testing (Eddy Current Testing) or hydrostatic testing (Hydrostatic Testing). This provides a decisive guarantee for the safe and efficient operation of your heat exchange equipment.
