All seamless pipes are wrapped in single plastic film and equipped with plastic protective covers at both ends to prevent port damage during transportation. The entire bundle of products is wrapped in a waterproof woven bag and fixed with a high-strength wooden box or steel belt pallet according to export requirements to ensure the safety of the product during long-distance transportation.
SMLSCO implements a full-process quality control system, with complete records and traceability from raw material storage, production process control to finished product shipment. All products pass dimensional inspection, surface inspection, mechanical property test and 100% final inspection before shipment to ensure that each batch meets international standards and customer requirements.
In the testing process, SMLSCO uses a variety of advanced equipment and methods, including ultrasonic flaw detection (UT), eddy current testing (ET), positive material identification (PMI), X-ray inspection and laboratory mechanical property testing to ensure that the internal structure of the product is flawless, the composition meets the standards, and the performance is stable and reliable.
