Multi-blade PCB Separator Machine Description:
The professional led strip cutting machine is one of this kind of machines, which could improve 10 times productivity. For FR4 boards, it is enough to use upper 2 blades sets and lower 2 blade sets. For MCPCB boards, need to use upper 3 blade sets and lower 3 blade sets. Let us name A, B, C for the 3 blade sets, first blade set A cutting 30% of web, second blade set B cutting 30% of web, ad the last blade set cutting 40% of web to finish the whole cutting. After cutting, PCB edge is clean without burrs, product quality improves a lot. The machine is good helper for the LED manufacturers.
Multi-blade PCB Separator Machine Features:
