10PCS NG PCB Storage Separator Conveyor With Straight Through Function
HDY-0.5DSX dust-proof NG/OK PCB sorting machine is a dedicated sorting equipment for automated SMT production lines. It supports storage of up to 10 pieces of defective NG PCBs, while qualified OK boards pass straight through the conveyor without stopping. Equipped with an integrated dust cover, it effectively blocks workshop dust to protect PCBs and internal drive components. The machine features adjustable length from 500mm to 1000mm, automatic width adjustment driven by stepper motors, and variable conveying speed to match different upstream and downstream SMT machines. When sorting function is not required, the equipment can switch to pure straight-through conveyor mode to save production line space. Controlled by Inovance PLC with Xinje touch screen operation panel, it reserves MES communication interface to realize digital workshop data interconnection.
This HDY-0.5DSX NG OK sorting conveyor widely matches full SMT assembly line equipment: solder paste printers, SMT pick and place chip mounters, reflow ovens, AOI inspection machines, SPI testing equipment, PCB loaders and unloaders. It is ideal for electronics manufacturing factories producing consumer electronics, automotive PCBA, communication circuit boards, medical electronic boards and industrial control motherboard production lines.
