HDY-390clean is our premium single rail inline PCB cleaning machine specially designed for front-end dust and static elimination before SMT solder paste printing. It supports dual working modes: PCB surface cleaning mode and straight-through conveyor mode. When cleaning function is not required, it can serve as a standard linking conveyor to connect upstream and downstream SMT machines, saving extra equipment investment.

Equipped with digital variable-speed stepper motor driven spiral anti-static brushes (200–1200 RPM), the machine delivers uniform deep cleaning to remove micro dust, fiber and particle residues on bare PCB surfaces. Built-in auto-sensing ion static eliminator automatically balances positive and negative ions to eliminate static charge, preventing component damage and dust re-adhesion. A customized silent high-pressure vacuum dust extraction structure thoroughly sucks away cleaned debris without secondary pollution.

The machine adopts stepper motor auto width adjustment, Inovance PLC and Xinje touch screen for intuitive operation, with reserved communication interface to connect factory MES system for digital production data management. Transport speed ranges from 0 to 17.5 m/min to match variable SMT production beat. Standard electrical configuration includes Mean Well power supply and Omron relays for stable long-term operation, complete with independent electrical control cabinet. Transport direction is standard left to right, overall dimension L600*W900*H1500mm, compatible with PCB sizes from 50*50mm up to 500*390mm.
