The HDY-J1SJ 1M Dual Rail SMT Linking Conveyor is a core peripheral equipment specially designed for seamless connection between SMT assembly line machines, widely used to transfer PCB boards between screen printers, chip mounters, AOI testers and reflow ovens. Built with heavy-duty integrated steel frame, this 1000mm dual track docking station adopts 4mm wear-resistant flat anti-static belt to avoid PCB scratch, static damage and board slipping during transmission. Equipped with precision stepper motor and independent industrial control board, it delivers stable, low-noise and low-fault operation. Two built-in photoelectric sensors realize automatic board in/out detection, auto stop when PCB stacks to prevent jamming or collision. Standard 900±20mm transfer height perfectly matches mainstream SMT equipment height standards, fixed left-to-right conveying direction meets most factory production layout demands. The full set electric control box is pre-wired, easy to install, debug and maintain without complicated secondary wiring.
