The HDY-250/330LSB1 L-Type PCB unloader, also known as magazine PCB collector, is a professional end-of-line unloading equipment for automated SMT assembly lines. It automatically receives finished PCBs from upstream machines and stacks them into magazines, realizing continuous unmanned board collection and greatly improving line efficiency. The machine adopts a special aluminum profile guide rail with a special crossover plastic chain for stable magazine conveying. A 90W Taiwan-made brake motor drives the ball screw to realize precise stepping lift of the magazine, with platform pitch selectable at 10, 20, 30 or 40mm according to PCB thickness. The pneumatic clamping structure firmly fixes the magazine to prevent displacement during operation. An attached 0.75M long pusher conveyor smoothly delivers PCBs into the magazine.
