The fully automatic dual-valve function can achieve product position compensation through the automatic adjustment function of the auxiliary valve, thereby ensuring the consistency of the dispensing positions of the two valves. For substrates with different odd and even numbers, the valve body can also be designated for dispensing.
Possible causes: Fluctuations in air pressure, changes in glue viscosity, improper setting of glue dispensing time or excessive pipeline resistance.
Solution:
Ensure the stability of the intake pressure. The set value of the pressure regulating gauge should be 10-15psi lower than the minimum pressure in the factory. Avoid using the medium and low range of the pressure gauge.
Adjust the back pressure according to the viscosity of the glue (it is recommended to be 50-150psi), and the glue dispensing time is recommended to be no less than 15/1000 seconds to improve stability.
Shorten the pipeline length or replace it with a 3/8-inch pipeline to reduce resistance and optimize the design of the rubber outlet.
Possible causes: Air bubbles in the glue, clogged needle, insufficient sealing of the glue valve or incorrect controller parameters.
Solution:
Check whether the glue has completely degassed. If necessary, perform centrifugal degassing or vacuum treatment.
Clean or replace the clogged needle and regularly check whether the sealing ring of the rubber valve is aged.
Calibrate the controller parameters to ensure that the rubber valve switching valve operates normally and avoid jamming.
Optimization suggestions:
Servo motor control is adopted and the motion trajectory algorithm is optimized to reduce the inertia error [citation: Speculation based on the company's technical background].
Use high-precision needles (such as small-diameter PP material needles) and calibrate the dispensing position regularly.
Keep the ambient temperature between 23 and 25℃ and the humidity between 40 and 60% to prevent fluctuations in temperature and humidity from affecting the properties of the glue.
Notes:
Install air conditioners or dehumidification equipment in the workshop to prevent the glue from absorbing moisture and deteriorating.
Regularly inspect the air compression system to ensure that the compressed air is dry (multi-layer filters can be installed).
Shorten the glue replacement cycle to avoid a decline in glue performance due to environmental factors.
