Installed on the upper material guiding track of SS8MM electric tape feeders, this carrier press plate applies constant downward pressure to packaging carrier tape. It maintains tape alignment with feeder guide slots during high-speed material feeding, separates cover tape peeling from carrier tape transport paths, and reduces material jumping and missing pick defects in PCB assembly production lines.
