Installed inside the electrical compartment of YG/YV series placement heads, this SMT mounter complete fiber sensing spare parts forms a full detection loop for nozzle existence and chip suction status. The fiber probe contacts the detection position to collect light signals, while the amplifier converts weak optical signals into digital signals and feeds data back to the machine control system automatically.
