KGB-M71W7-00X and KV8-M71W7-00X are matched upper and lower fixing brackets dedicated to the head solenoid valve assembly of YAMAHA YV100XG mounters. The two aluminum alloy workpieces form an integrated mounting frame via positioning holes, undergoing precision CNC cutting and anti-corrosion black oxidation treatment.
They lock the entire set of UP/DOWN buffer solenoid valves installed on the placement head, disperse vibration load generated during high-speed cyclic placement, prevent valve displacement and air pipe loosening, and maintain stable air circuit signal transmission for long-term continuous production.
