This curved integrated plastic grip is an original matched loading handle exclusively for SS series wide feeders ranging from 12mm to 72mm. Injection molded with high rigidity anti-break engineering plastic, it features pre-installed copper embedded threaded inserts and standard positioning pin holes.
Mounted on the side hinge position of SS wide-size electric tape feeder body, this SMT electric tape feeder grip plastic assembly forms an ergonomic gripping structure for feeder loading and unloading operations. It transfers lifting force evenly to feeder frame to prevent lateral tilt during handling, and cooperates with pivot pin to realize smooth flip opening and closing action.
The YS12 mounter 12-72MM feeder hand grip reduces feeder slipping and dropping risks during disassembly, and cuts regular plastic handle replacement frequency on PCB assembly production lines.
