Signal Transfer & Control for Placement Head
KV8-M4570-014 matches YAMAHA 100X100XNG placement head. As the head IO mainboard, it uniformly transmits all electrical signals from sensors, cylinders and nozzle vacuum detection modules.
Coordination of Head Components
It receives commands from the main machine to control nozzle switching, vacuum on/off and cylinder movements, while feeding back detection signals including component presence and nozzle position to ensure smooth mounting operations.
