What is pick and place machine?
The automatic placement machine is used to realize high-speed, high-precision and automatic placement of components. It is the most critical and complex equipment in the entire SMT production. The placement machine is actually a precision industrial robot. 1. Apply to the 0.6m,0.9m,1.2m rigid PCB and 0.5m.1m LED flexible strip.
2. Two mounting module, 17 nozzles for each mounting part, part A or part B can be mounted separately or synchronously.
3. Group to take and group to mount.
4.The mounting speed can reach 180000CPH.
