Flexible strip smt machine
Led flexible strip is vidily using in led lighting, usually used in the scene:
1) Home decoration (step lighting, hallway lighting, lighting decoration, edge hook decoration);
2) Path indication and exterior contour decoration, billboard backlighting, advertising signs, channel signal signs, etc.;
3) Buildings, pavilions, bridges, parks and other contours, building decoration, various indoor and outdoor lighting projects;
4) Decorative lighting for festival decoration, event venue setting, exhibition hall decoration, showcase, window, props, etc.
5) Car chassis decoration, high brake indication, body decoration, interior decoration;
6) Decorative lighting for high-end entertainment venues such as hotels, bars, KTVs, and nightclubs.
HT-T7 is suitable for producing led flexible strip:
HT-T7 is the most important pick and place machine in the led flexible strip production line.It can suitable for mounting led 3014/3020/3528/5050 and resistor, capacitors, bridge rectifiers, and so on.
High capacity:
HT-T7 can producing with 2-4 types of materials with high capacity, available for 5M, 50M or any length of flexible strip and Roll to Roll.
There are teo modules, 16 nozzles for each mounting part, part A and part B can be mounted separatly or synchronously.
And the most important for high capacity is high mounting speed, HT-T7 mounitng speed around 100000-150000 chip per hour.
