Application:
1.It is very intelligent, can producing with 2-4 types of materials with high capacity,available for board with any proportion of LED chip and resistor.
2.There are different led lights which are all suitable for HT-F7 production. Suitable for led flexible strip which is 0.5 meter, 1 meter., the 0.6 meter, 0.9 meter, 1.2 meter rigid pcb, such as the tube light, panel light.

Details of the machine:
1.PCB:
HT-F7 suitable for max pcb size is 1200*330 mm, min pcb size is 80*330 mm.The pcb thickness is 0.5-5 mm.We use adjustable pressure pneumatic for PCB clamping,
And the mounting mode is group to pick and group to pick.
2.Vision system:
There are 5 sets of imported camera for vision alignment, mark correction. Our repeat precision reach 0.02mm.
3.Operating system:
The system is windows 7, software is R&D independently, display is LED monitor, input device is keyboard and mouse.
Attention:
1. Operators must be professionally trained.
2. Regular maintenance inside and outside the machine, keep it clean, no oil, no rust.
3. During work , for reduce danger, do not wear scarves, necklaces, etc.
4. According to the boot operation sequence to implement the Pick and Place machine, there must have a detailed machine operation instructions;
Packing:
Firstly, we adopt vacuum packaging,and then use the tripod and rope to fix the machine inside the wooden box.That promise the machine couldn’t displacement and collision.
Transport:
We mainly rely on shipping, but we can also use air and land transportation. The specific transportation method is determined by the customer.
