Our modules HT-XF is apply to the 0.6 m, 0.9m, 1.2m LED rigid PCB and 0.5m, 1m flexible strip. can produce panel light, tube, flexible strip, etc. It’s mounting speed is around 150000-170000 chip per hour.

1.Why the mounting speed is reach 150000-170000 CPH?
Cause it is dual purpose professional highspeed mounter, there are two mounting parts, 17 nozzles for each mounting modules, part A and part B can be mounted separately or synchronously. And our mounting mode is group to take and group to mount, also improved mounting speed. Particularly, the mounting mode is our exclusive patent technology.
2.Why the mounting accuracy is reach 0.02 mm?
Cause there are five cameras which are imported from Germany, and it is using vision alignment, mark correction, so our accuracy is very high.
3.Why can it produce so many different products? led tube , panel, flexible strip ?
Cause the PCB max size is 330*1200 mm, the min size is 90*120 mm. And the mounting height is no more than 15 mm.
