Introduction of RT-1
1.RT-1 is Hot selling model, Since its launch, this machine has attracted the attention of many manufacturers of led lighting.
2.From RT-1 appearance, it is a middle size machine with White and blue color. The total width of this module no more than two meters, and the LED touch screen monitor, specially, our software is R&D by our engineer.And then, the main guide rail of RT-1 are high-end magnetic linear motor and servo motor. Usually normal machines are mainly use servo motor, our RT-1 using linear motor can improve the machines function. RT-1 has higher speed and higher accuracy than other middle machines.It has 10 heads, each head is control independently by servo motor, guarantee the placement accuracy of the machine.the mounting head will mount components from feeder station and then mount it on the PCB board.
3.RT-1 is a multi-functional machine, it has vision flight identification camera, mark correction. It ensure that each components pass through the camera and the camera can find the not so good picking components and let machine to adjust the component automatically. Even if there is missing position, machine can automatically feeding.
