Unique advanced heating system with long life
1.Using the world-leading small circulation technology, the whole furnace is divided into independent communities. The temperature curve of PCB welding is very high, which is very suitable for the welding of components with small space window in lead-free process.
2.Independent upper and lower heating modules, independent hot air circulation, double welding zone or three welding zone setting.
3.Modular design is adopted in each temperature zone, high temperature long axis hot air motor and high thermal nickel chromium heating wire. Take about 20 minutes from room temperature to constant temperature.
Reliable and smooth transmission system
1.Symmetrical double groove guide rail, high temperature resistance, no deformation, small heat absorption. Standard chain, network chain synchronous iso-speed parallel transportation, dual rail transportation system or central support system is optional.
2.Width adjustment adopts three stages of synchronous width adjustment structure, both ends are equipped with guide rail thermal expansion automatic extension device, effectively ensure that the guide rail parallel, prevent the drop of the plate, card plate, free of cleaning, easy to adjust.
3.Computer-controlled automatic refueling system, can automatically refueling according to the transportation speed and machine state, the flow can be adjusted.
4.Automatic width adjusting system adopts closed-loop PID control, can be automatically adjusted to the required width according to the computer input parameters, accuracy up to 0.2mm.
5.UPS power protection function, to ensure that PCB can output normally after sudden power failure, not damaged.
Stable and reliable electrical control system
1.The control system adopts PLC, the upper computer adopts famous brand computer, with genuine Windows 7 operating system and 19 inch LCD, which is stable and reliable.
2.Powerfully functional control software, with flexible process parameter control and temperature curve test functions, Chinese and English operation interface can be switched at any time.
3.Wogo terminal is used; All electrical components are imported brands, and all signal lines are shielded.
4.The temperature module is self-setting, the cold end is automatically compensated, and the temperature is controlled within ±1℃.
Cooling and convenient flux recovery system
1.The forced cooling system adopts a two-stage forced air cooling temperature zone to meet the lead-free process; Smooth cooling curve, no abrupt change, full heat exchange, maximum cooling rate up to -5℃/S.
2.Flux collection system, can keep the furnace clean for a long time, exhaust gas emission more environmental protection. The gas separated by nitrogen furnace can be recycled to save nitrogen.
