(i.e., an independent lens/zoom component in the "on-the-fly alignment" vision system), each with its own independent camera motor, making it one of the "ultimate configurations" for high-end precision electronics manufacturing. Parallel vision processing: This is the most significant advantage. The 12 placement heads can simultaneously and independently capture images and perform recognition calculations of the components they have picked up while in motion. No waiting, no queuing.
True "on-the-fly alignment": The component recognition process is 100% synchronized with the movement of the placement head. As the placement head moves from the pick-up position to the PCB placement position, its built-in camera completes the component recognition, positioning, and angle calculation along the way.
