Each placement head is equipped with an independent camera motor
(i.e., an independent lens/zoom component in the "on-the-fly alignment" vision system), each with its own independent camera motor, making it one of the "ultimate configurations" for high-end precision electronics manufacturing. Through a revolutionary design of hardware parallelization, it solves the fundamental contradiction between efficiency and precision that cannot be resolved at the software level.
Parallel vision processing: This is the most significant advantage. The 12 placement heads can simultaneously and independently capture images and perform recognition calculations of the components they have picked up while in motion. No waiting, no queuing.
True "on-the-fly alignment": The component recognition process is 100% synchronized with the movement of the placement head. As the placement head moves from the pick-up position to the PCB placement position, its built-in camera completes the component recognition, positioning, and angle calculation along the way. Upon reaching the target point, placement occurs immediately, achieving "zero" visual waiting time.

Q3. If machine have any problem after I receive it, how can I do ? Free parts send to you in machine warranty period. If the part is less than 0.5KG , we pay the postage. If it exceeds 0.5KG, you need to pay the postage.
Q4. How to proceed an order for SMT Loader machine? A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirms the details and places deposit for formal order. Fourthly We arrange the production.
