An Automatic PCB V-CUT Machine (also known as a V-groove depaneling machine or routing-type depanelizer) is an automated device specifically designed for SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production lines. Its core function is to accurately and efficiently separate multi-board panels into individual circuit board units by mechanically cutting along the pre-scored V-shaped grooves (V-cut / V-Score) on the PCB panel.

This equipment is primarily used to replace traditional manual hand-breaking methods. The typical workflow is as follows: the operator places the PCB panel with V-grooves into the machine, where a conveying mechanism feeds it into the cutting area. Subsequently, high-speed rotating circular blades move precisely along the centerline of the pre-set V-grooves to perform the cutting. By precisely controlling the distance between the upper and lower blades, the machine cleanly separates the PCB along the V-groove.
The key to the entire process is that the PCB remains stationary while the blades move to perform the cut, ensuring extremely high cutting consistency and stability. Automated operation not only achieves significantly higher efficiency than manual methods but also effectively prevents PCB damage, solder joint cracking, and component damage caused by uneven human force.
