• CY-500 multi-group multi-knife automatic board feeding machine can split the whole board at one time:

• It can be connected with the upper and lower triggers to realize unmanned operation.

• According to the number of different modules when the equipment leaves the factory, the equipment series and models are distinguished:

• Number of modules: CY-510

• Number of two modules: CY-520

• Number of three modules: CY-530

• Selection recommendation: 

• 0-500mm, glass fiber board, aluminum substrate is recommended to use CY-510;                               

• 500-900mm, glass fiber board, aluminum substrate is recommended to use CY-520;

• ≧900mm, glass fiber board, aluminum board is recommended to use CY-530.

Equipment scheme analysis:

1. Divide into two products, separate PCBA board and light strip board.

The same equipment: different board types use different numbers and different types of modules.

Figure 1 divides the PCBA board, and Figure 3 divides the light strip.

Track feeding: Compatible with split PCBA products and light bar products.

Equipment program evaluation:

1. Practicality: The equipment is compatible with split PCBA and light strips. The initial production and design of the product is to meet the customer's vision of product diversification and high-efficiency operation.

The cutter is adjustable, the picture 1 is compatible with splitting PCBA boards of different styles, and the picture 2 is used to split light strips of different widths.

Customized design: three major customized design parts: 

① Customization of incoming and outgoing materials; 

② Customization of die cutting; ③ Design of cutting board.
