The SMT double-rail Rewinder is an automated device used in surface-mount technology assembly (SMT) lines to efficiently collect, temporarily store, and transfer printed circuit boards (pcbs) that have been fabricated for placement or plug-in. Its core feature is the use of dual-track design, which can handle two pcbs at the same time, significantly improving the efficiency and flexibility of the production line.
Here's how it works:
The SMT double-track plate retractor effectively solves the problems of low efficiency and poor flexibility of traditional monorail equipment through double-track parallel, intelligent buffering and automatic control, especially suitable for the pursuit of high mixed productivity and intelligent upgrade of electronic manufacturing enterprises. The production line speed, PCB specifications and future expansion requirements should be considered in the selection process to ensure the efficient coordination of equipment and overall production process.
1. Core functions
Dual-track parallel processing: support two independent track at the same time, can be processed different models or sizes of PCB, to meet the needs of multi-species, small batch production.
Buffer storage: when the speed of the front and back processes of the production line does not match, temporary storage buffer is provided to reduce the downtime.
Seamless docking automation equipment: with the placement machine, reflow furnace, AOI testing equipment and other linkage, to achieve fully automated production processes.
