High precision alignment: the mathematical model of the GKG patent ensures high precision alignment. The printing precision can reach ± 0.025 mm and the repetition precision is ± 0.01 mm.
Optical path system: the brand new optical PATH system provides uniform ring light and high-brightness coaxial light, supports endless brightness adjustment, and can recognize various types of Mark points, adapt to tin, copper, gold, spray tin, FPC and other color PCB.
The scraper system: uses a suspension-type adaptive scraper and a slide-type scraper system to improve operational stability and service life.
Cleaning system: supports three cleaning methods: dry cleaning, wet cleaning, and vacuum. It can be used in combination to improve production efficiency.
It uses Windows XP/Win7 Operation Interface, has good man-machine dialogue function, supports chinese-english switching, Operation Log and fault self-diagnosis function .
Adaptability: the high-adaptability steel mesh frame clamping system supports all kinds of mesh frame, and can change the Model quickly in the production process.
Other functions: 2D detection system to ensure printing quality, detection of offset, less tin, leakage and other problems .
