Product Introduction

Three-temperature bench hot air reflow soldering
Temperature control precision: with three independent temperature control zone, the temperature can be controlled within ± 2 °C, there is a cooling zone. And the temperature controller can monitor the furnace temperature of the temperature zone at any time.


High heating efficiency: 3 temperature zone with two 0.65 kw far-infrared heating tube, and with mirror reflector, infrared reflection evenly distributed, high heating efficiency.


Energy-saving: the liner adopts double-layer steel structure, filled with high-efficiency thermal insulation material, heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant, effectively reduce power consumption and achieve energy saving.


Uniform heating: using forced convection to completely eliminate the shadow effect, forced hot air system, with high-efficiency heat storage device (high-temperature body heat storage metal material) , can make a variety of SMC/SMD components heated evenly and reliably.


High welding quality: equipped with microcomputer PID intelligent adjustment temperature controller, welding can reach international IPC standards.


Good cooling effect: the cold air in the cooling temperature zone is directly blown to the welding surface, so that all kinds of SMD components are cooled evenly.
Smooth driving: the driving MOTOR adopts AC frequency conversion stepless speed regulation MOTOR  and 1150 turbine reducer, with accurate adjustment and balanced driving. Mesh belt with roller structure, running smoothly and can work for a long time
