Introduction of UV curing furnace product function
UV curing furnace, also known as UV curing furnace, is a use of ultraviolet (UV) curing equipment. Its core function is to make coatings, adhesives and other materials rapidly solidified by ultraviolet radiation, so as to obtain high-strength coating or adhesive layer. UV curing furnace usually consists of the following main components:
Feed zone: raw materials (such as substrates, coatings, inks, etc.) are fed into the feed zone through an automatic feed device to ensure a stable supply.
The levelling drying area: the hot air heater uses the hot air generated by the nozzle or fan to dry the coating or ink to realize the levelling effect.
Uv-cured area: equipped with an ultraviolet lamp, it produces high-energy ultraviolet light that irradiates onto the surface of a coating or ink, triggering a photochemical reaction that rapidly solidifies it.
Tunnel furnace: Burns a fuel to produce a high-temperature gas that further heats and solidifies a coating or ink. .
Discharge area: cured coating or ink products are removed from the discharge area, usually equipped with an automatic discharge device.
How It Works
UV curing furnace through photoinitiator and high-performance lamp to achieve rapid polymerization. In the flat drying zone, hot air transfers heat energy to the material surface through conduction and convection, which makes it evaporate and dry quickly. In the UV curing zone, UV radiation to the coating or ink surface, causing photochemical reaction, so that the rapid curing. The operation of the whole equipment is usually monitored and regulated by the control system to ensure the coordination of the various parts and the production efficiency.
Application Area
UV curing furnace is widely used in a variety of industries, including electronics, automotive, printing, medical equipment. In electronics, it is used for curing the protective layer of PCB board, Chip package and display screen coating; in automotive, it is used for curing the lamp, decorative parts and adhesive materials; in printing, it is used for curing the coating of PCB board, for UV ink fast drying and curing; in the production of medical devices, used for medical catheter, syringe and other products fast curing.
