Description

Designed specifically for PCB punching machines, this system uses open programmable technology with translational motion settings. Displacement data can be customized based on customer production needs. Equipped with a CCD camera for positioning, the error is controlled within ±0.2mm. The suction cup size and density are customizable, with a maximum punching speed of 11-15 cycles per minute. The punching time interval is consistent, resulting in extremely low failure rates and a service life of 8 to 10 years.

Compatible with various punching equipment commonly used in PCB production, the system supports different tonnages and machine heights, allowing for flexible connections. It replaces manual operation, ensuring production safety, reducing labor costs, and increasing production efficiency.

Easy Parameter Adjustment Via Human-Machine Interface For Quick Operation

The PLC provides easy and autonomous programming, allowing customization of various operational parameters. The 650 model supports 2-6-piece direct punching, while the 1250 model supports 2-10-piece direct punching, both ensuring consistent spacing for each cycle, greatly improving board utilization. All punching operation parameters can be input, modified, and adjusted through the human-machine interface, making it convenient for setting changes and simple to maintain.
