This 100%Polyester jacquard fabric is based on two types of high-purity polyester dyed yarns: the warp yarns stably carry the base color, while the weft yarns form distinct lines through the jacquard device of the loom.
Unlike the monotony of single-color fabrics, the patterns of two-tone jacquard embody exquisite ingenuity. It uses yarns of two different color systems as warp and weft, through precise control of the loom, the yarns interweave to outline three-dimensional and vivid patterns as well as color gradients with rich layers on the fabric surface.
This two-color jacquard selects high-color-fastness polyester dyed yarns with uniform fibers, and the color values and yarn counts of the two colors are precisely formulated according to design requirements. The yarns undergo pre-shrinking and setting treatments to ensure no shrinkage or fading during subsequent weaving, laying a solid foundation for the fabric’s stability.
And this fabric distinguished from ordinary printing or dyeing processes, the patterns and colors of two-color jacquard are inherent—they are formed by yarn interweaving rather than post-dyeing or printing. This gives the fabric excellent color fastness, it resists fading and peeling even after repeated washing, maintaining consistent texture at all times.
