UHT STERILIZER
The machine adopts UHT processing method,makes liquid dairy beverage and juice etc strictly sterilized, then into aseptic package, with the sterilization temperature:137degree , warm keeping time:3-5S, so to keep the original utrition, color and flavour of the beverage and dairy. This machine os of the advantage of high heat recycle, compact and fine structure, and temperature control. Outputting material temperature,and cool packing.
Capacity:1-10T/h controling way:semi-autmatic (PLC controlling, touch screen)

1. It is precise and reliable sterilizeing temperature control ,automatically control the affecting sterilizing temperature system such as steam pressure,flow and material flow.
2. The inside of the material pipe adopts advanced polish technology,pipe joints automatically,pipe design realise complete autimatically clean,and the whole process sterilizers,so to ensure the system aspectic.
3. It is of strong system safety, the filling all adopts reliable products with good capacity,the design values the human ,safe equipment,and the steam,hot water and teh material amm adopts prressure protection meyhods and alarm system.

Installation : Experts’ team to buyer’s country after confirmation that the goods arrived in site and civil works completed get ready for installation. Funds for trip need to be payed by client and extra salary $100/day during the engineer’s journey.
