Introduction:

1. This filling machine, high automation, large production capacity. Stroke of the piston cylinders are controlled by PLC. Whole filling process is the perfect combination of mechanism, electricity, photics and pneumatics,which performance reaches the international advanced technology .

2. Adopts advanced mechanical and electrical integration technology.Any filling specification can easily be changed by modifying parameters in touch screen. Not only the filling volume of 20 filling heads can be changed substantially, but also each filling head can be changed finely. The computer memory can save related parameter of each kind of package specification which save time for the next adjustment.

3. During the machine running cycle, each part of mechanical drive is protected by mechanical and electrical integration. Any abnormity during running, the machine will stop automatically and alarm and touch screen shows where the problem is.

4. Thanks to the function of watertight and pneumatic protection, it is environment-friendly equipment.

Main features
1. Bottle infeed
1) Bottle infeed by combination of infeed starwheels.
2) Equipped with bottle jam protection device.

2. Rinser
1) Spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process. The empty bottles can be turned over 180° along the conveying rail. There are two times of internal and external washing, the efficiency of bottle washing is high.
Rinsing machine adopts Sunswell original overturn and double-opened bottle clip. Bottle clip lock the bottleneck, the material of bottle clip is SUS304, which is hygienic and durable.
2) Bottle clip equipped with efficient spray on nozzle. The extrusive droplet with 15° angle ensures to wash all side of the bottle, and can save the water.

3. Transfer starwheel
1) Made of stainless steel of superior quality.
2) Equipped with bottle jam protection device.

4. Filler
1) It is reasonable and hygiene dead angle, the run of equipment is stable, it can control the material from the bottleneck, the control accuracy is within ±2mm.
2) The filling valve material is SUS304
3) The filling system has liquid level automatic control.
4) Filling valve lift is controlled by the valve elevator, after filling valve contact the bottleneck ,it start to fill.
5) Bottle is conveying by the wheel in the filling part.
6) The juice or other hot beverage can be backflow by return tank to control filling temperature.

5. Capper
Screw capping machine is most precision part in the 3-1 machine, it has a big influence to the goods stability and defective rate. our screw capping has following feature.
1) Jiayuan import of advanced technology of screw capping, improve the stability and reliability of the screw capping machine. The magnetic torque is used for screw capping. the power of screw capping can be adjusted without steps. The power of the screw capping can also be fixed, and the caps will not be damaged, the capping is reliable.
2) In the screw capping part. it installed photoelectrical control , when it has no cap ,or the cap is bad, the machine will stop automatically.
