Product Description:
1. Pure Water water filtration system firstly produced is suitable for such industries as cosmetics, pharmacy, food and electronics has been deeply favored by users for its stable water quality and simple operation.
2. Pure water filter system solves the troubles of frequent regeneration and cleaning during the use of ion exchanging water purifier.
3. By adopting physical principle, it enables the water to pass the reverse osmosis film with a diameter of one ten-thousandth of a micron and separates impurities, ion, microbes and colloids in the water, so as to meet the water requirements in cosmetics industries.
Advantage:
1. Booster pump: equipped with a stainless steel pump, to provide sufficient pressure for subsequent filtration
2. Quartz sand filter: mainly remove the mud, suspended solids and large particles in the tap water
3. Carbon filter: mainly remove organic substances, residual chlorine and odor in tap water
4. Water softener filter: mainly remove the calcium and magnesium in tap water, reduce the hardness of water
5. Security filter: further filtration, protection of reverse osmosis membrane
6. High pressure pump: provide high pressure to reverse osmosis membrane (at least 2.0Mpa)
7. Reverse osmosis unit: RO system is the main part of pure water treatment plant. The RO membrane's desalt rate can reach as high as 99%, it is capable of removing over 99% of ions, bacteria, particles and 98% of organic.
