New generation seamless softgel machine is developed base on imported technology – impulse cutting technology. Its production has been more than 20 years till now. The difference with domestic softgel dropping machine are as below:

Can produce softgel with more sizes, size adjustment is convenient.
Dropper will not be blocked, dropping process is smooth.
Fill quantity difference of softgel is lower than requirement of pharmacopeia, steady and fewer fluctuation
On the basis of combining foreign new technology, we have done many improvement and upgrade according to the actual requirement of softgel dropping pill production which push softgel dropping pill production into a phase of high mechanization and automation. As consequence the dropped softgel can be dried and shaped directly in the tumble dryer. This advantage is incomparable for other softgel dropping machines.
